The video for the company shows the codes on cellphones, cameras and even your dog’s collar (smart thinking). FinderCodes does rely on a good Samaritan finding the object and deciding to return it. If someone does pick it up, it’s a simple matter to just scan the QR code to contact you. If the person who found your lost item doesn’t have a smartphone, he can enter the numeric code found on the sticker into the website to contact you.
