We are pleased to announce the opening of recruitment for the 2012 USA Eisenhower Fellowships. Attached are a letter of recruitment and the redesigned 2012 application. As in the past, we rely on members of the Steering Committee to make recommendations of strong candidates.The selection criteria are as follows: USA Fellowship candidates should be U.S. citizens or permanent residents between the ages of 32 and 45. Eisenhower Fellowships seeks to identify candidates who have a track record of exemplary leadership and who have had an impact on their professional field and/or geographic region. Strong candidates will be able to articulate appropriate program objectives and intended outcomes that will enhance their impact through personal and professional endeavors. The ability to demonstrate a commitment to active participation in the Eisenhower Fellowships’ alumni network is also a key criterion in the selection process.
