Grand Rapids is spending up to $225,000 over the next three years on an economic gardening initiative aimed at boosting neighborhood business districts, like the Creston Business District.

GRAND RAPIDS, MI – The city plans to spend $225,000 over the next three years in an attempt to bolster neighborhood business districts.

To facilitate a three-fold plan of business recruitment, retention and development, City Commissioners agreed to hire the non-profit Neighborhood Ventures to be its “feet on the street.”
