Colorado Securities Commissioner Gerald Rome has signed off on the rules of engagement for equity crowdfunding, including how the businesses can be listed on intermediary websites. Rome released the rules Wednesday for the new Colorado Crowdfunding Act, which goes into effect Aug. 5.
