The author, Ifor Ffowcs-Williams, is a Founder and Past President of the TCI Network and CEO, Cluster Navigators Ltd, New Zealand. This reference book is based on Ifor’s two decades of hands-on experience with hundreds of clusters.
In the Foreword, Dr. Christian Ketels (Harvard Business School & TCI Network President) highlights that the book identifies what works and what does not work.
Specific chapters in this 2nd Edition have Forewords from over fifty experts from six continents. Most are TCI Network members.
